We’re committed to making sure you love your Kavela products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, we’ll make it right with an easy return or replacement process.

📦 Product Return Criteria 

You can apply for a return if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, leaking, or the spray is not working when received.
  2. The product delivered does not match the order.
  3. The product is still sealed, unused, and must be returned within 24 hours of receipt.
  4. An unboxing video showing the condition of the package when first opened (without any gaps or edits) is required as a requirement for return validation.
  5. For rejected products, such as sprays that are not working, the product must be returned to the Kavela warehouse before a replacement can be processed. 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Products

  1. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage upon receipt.
  2. Products purchased through unauthorized third parties (not the official Kavela store).
  3. Promotional or clearance sale products, unless damaged or shipped incorrectly.

📝 Return Procedure

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to (+62) 857-3968-9514 with the subject line: Return – [Proof of Order].
  2. Include photos of the product, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  3. Our team will verify the return within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.

Once the product is received and verified, your replacement or refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
